SERVICENOW FLOW BRINGS A CHAT-FIRST SERVICE DESK TO SMALLER BUYERS

ServiceNow has introduced Flow, an internal startup product offering a chat-first service desk that operates within Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email. Priced at $2 per conversation and $1 per automation run with a $10,000 annual minimum, Flow allows smaller companies and existing customers to bypass traditional portals and ticket forms. Flow's credit card accessibility and public pricing will open ServiceNow to smaller buyers while challenging third-party chat layers built on top of the platform.
