Hampton, a private network for 1,000+ founders, installed Viktor on April 12. Within 44 days: 18 staff on it, 12 web apps built, 26 scheduled tasks running, and 887 CEO threads. "Data or reports, we are now editors, not creators," says Jori Bell, VP Core Experience. Viktor is an AI employee in Slack and Microsoft Teams. It connects to 3,200+ tools and ships real work: decks, dashboards, code PRs, internal apps. Every action needs your team's approval. 45,000+ teams use it. Start

THREADS)

A 40-step agent thread re-sends its whole history on every call: 2.17M input tokens for an 85K-token transcript. Prompt caching turns those re-sends into 0.1x reads, but only if the prefix stays byte-stable, so it shapes the entire architecture. Viktor's thread engine: tools as SDK functions instead of schemas in the prompt, append-only threads, compaction that runs inside the thread's own cache. Same thread on Opus 4.8: $11.35 without caching, $2.07 with. Production code included.
