SHIP TYPES, NOT DOCS

Traditional API documentation is unreliable because it inevitably drifts out of sync with the actual code, causing significant integration challenges for both human developers and AI agents. A better alternative might be to use types directly, which serve as executable and inherently up-to-date contracts. This schema-first approach enforces correctness at compile-time, leading to a much better developer experience, eliminating runtime errors, and enabling AI agents to interact with APIs accurately on the first attempt.

CVE-2026-21643: CRITICAL SQL INJECTION IN FORTICLIENTEMS

Fortinet has patched CVE-2026-21643, a critical SQL injection vulnerability in the FortiClientEMS GUI that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or commands by improperly neutralizing special characters in SQL queries. The flaw affects FortiClientEMS version 7.4.4. Version 7.4.5 was released as a fix. Versions 7.2 and 8.0 are unaffected. While no exploitation in the wild or public proof-of-concept has been observed yet, organizations should patch urgently, given Fortinet's history as a heavily targeted vendor per CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog.

THE ISOMORPHIC LABS DRUG DESIGN ENGINE UNLOCKS A NEW FRONTIER BEYOND ALPHAFOLD

The Isomorphic Labs Drug Design Engine (IsoDDE) is a unified computational drug-design system that progresses beyond AlphaFold 3 in its predictive accuracy. It introduces new capabilities that bridge the gap between structure prediction and real-world drug discovery. IsoDDe can predict small molecule binding affinities with accuracies that exceed gold-standard physics-based methods at a fraction of the time and cost. It offers a scalable foundation for AI drug design and represents a leap forward in accuracy and capability.

SPACEX'S NEXT-GEN SUPER HEAVY BOOSTER ACES FOUR DAYS OF “CRYOPROOF” TESTING

SpaceX's upgraded Super Heavy booster has completed cryogenic proof testing for the first time. The successful test moves engineers closer to launching the first test flight of an upgraded version of SpaceX's mega-rocket, Starship V3. SpaceX launched Starship V2 five times last year, but the first three test flights failed. SpaceX could be in position to launch the first Starship V3 test flight before the end of March.
