Amazon CloudWatch Omni is an AI-powered observability experience for applications and agents. Working in Omni does not require access to the AWS Management Console. The telemetry sent to CloudWatch automatically appears in Omni with no reconfiguration required. Any other workload instrumented with OpenTelemetry sends its telemetry to an OpenTelemetry Protocol endpoint.
