Notion once cut the team to two, borrowed $150,000 from its founder's mother, and rebuilt the product in Kyoto. One of its best early growth hires was a fan whose template site already brought in 20,000 to 40,000 visits a month. Look for the people already teaching, supporting, or distributing your product. They may have started the job before you posted it.
