FOR WORKING PARENTS, THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN WORK AND FAMILY IS OFTEN BLURRED

Flexibility is scarce. 71% want it, but only 25% have real control, and just 6% have onsite childcare. Remote work helps with logistics, but not balance. 65% can't work from home at all, and those who do are just as likely to struggle, even as overlap increases.
