Summary from the TLDR newsletter

The GitHub Spec Kit was born out of research on how to help steer the software development process with large language models more deterministically. It implements the concept of Spec-Driven Development to help developers produce deterministically good software. Spec-Driven Development makes specifications executable, directly generating working implementations rather than just guiding them. This post provides a walkthrough on how to get started with the GitHub Spec Kit.
