UPLOAD AND EDIT YOUR IMAGES DIRECTLY IN THE GEMINI APP

Summary from the TLDR Design newsletter

Google has added AI Studio's image editing to the Gemini app, letting users tweak AI and personal photos with tools like background swaps and object edits. Step by step editing blends text and visuals, like illustrated stories. Images get invisible SynthID watermarks, with visible ones in testing. Rollout will begin gradually in over 45 languages and most countries.
