AWS IAM ANNOUNCES SUPPORT FOR ENCRYPTED SAML ASSERTIONS

AWS IAM has launched a new capability that supports sending encrypted SAML assertions from an IDP to AWS. This protects the assertions by allowing them to be encrypted in transit through any intermediaries.
