A lot has been written about training AI. But what about training humans? As we deploy AI to execute tasks alongside humans, like using robots when performing surgery, what used to be an excellent opportunity for junior humans to support and learn from is now being handled by machines. Will this cause a training challenge, where those early in their career are less exposed to valuable learning opportunities than previous generations?
