AI-accelerated exploit development has compressed the vulnerability exploitation window to mere hours, fundamentally outpacing traditional enterprise patch validation cycles. To bridge this critical exposure gap, shift toward network-enforced control planes that actively contain threats while permanent patches are tested. By deploying immediate compensating measures like dynamic segmentation and adaptive rate limiting, security teams can secure vulnerable assets without disrupting operations. Network-level stream throttling successfully mitigates the active threat without forcing organizations to completely disable the vulnerable protocol.
Cyera disclosed CVE-2026-65105 in NVIDIA NemoClaw. NemoClaw's setup binds Ollama to 0.0.0.0:11434, disabling Ollama's Host-header validation, allowing for an attacker-controlled site to use DNS rebinding to reach the victim's local Ollama API without authentication. The attacker can list models, extract templates and prompts, delete or overwrite models, consume GPU resources, and sign users out. By modifying a model's chat template, the attacker can append hidden instructions to every future system prompt.
Researchers tested Call of Duty 1's Linux dedicated server in Docker, where they found a stack overflow in the rcon map command. A 72-byte buffer accepted an unchecked map name. Sending 76 bytes overwrote the saved return address, and input filtering blocked high-byte addresses and int 0x80. The exploit used a low-memory jmp esp gadget and alphanumeric-safe shellcode with sysentera and it achieved a shell in the game-server process. The flaw requires the rcon password, making it post-authentication RCE.

Vercel introduced the Run SDK to securely execute untrusted JavaScript and type-stripped TypeScript for agent workflows within the Vercel AI SDK. The package utilizes a hardened QuickJS sandbox to isolate code execution from application secrets, the Node.js environment, and the network. Developers can expose narrowly scoped host functions to the sandbox, enforce resource limits, and pause execution for authentication or human approval.

CTGT researchers have used behavioral fingerprinting to link the anonymous "Ox Alpha" model on OpenRouter to Zhipu's GLM-5.x family. Despite system prompts instructing the model to conceal its identity, researchers identified matching Z.AI error codes, a 1.0 temperature ceiling, and an exact tokenizer match. The analysis also revealed a highly targeted censorship blacklist designed to evade standard foreign-interest audits. While Ox Alpha answers queries about Xinjiang and Taiwan identically to American models, it strictly blocks seven domestic legitimacy topics including the 2018 term limits removal and Xi Jinping. The model operators have not officially disclosed this information, so the attribution relies entirely on CTGT's LineageEval testing instrument.
Troy Hunt investigated ShinyHunters' claim of a 24.8 million-record data breach at Carhartt and discovered the dataset was heavily contaminated with synthetic information. Through AI-assisted and manual verification, Hunt identified TPC-DS benchmark data, Microsoft 365 routing duplicates, and highly uniform birth distributions. This forensic analysis reduced the actual number of compromised records to roughly 12.9 million. Hunt concluded that while Carhartt suffered a genuine breach, the threat actors likely exfiltrated a Databricks instance where production customer records were stored alongside unlabeled test data rather than fabricating the dump outright.
INTERPOL's eight-month Operation Jackal IV involved 22 countries and targeted West African crime groups. Police arrested 58 people and identified 263 suspects. Investigators linked 196 people to a crime-as-a-service network supplying domains and laundering support with an estimated €143 million stolen through fake investment offers.

Meta's settlement doesn't just bind Meta. States are set to keep 70% of the $16.7 billion payout regardless, but the remaining 30% only unlocks if Google's YouTube and TikTok adopt the same kind of daily time limits, age-assurance checks, and night mode Meta is now required to build. That structure effectively uses Meta's settlement to pressure its rivals into matching child-safety changes without suing them directly.
AI will reshape work faster than previous technological shifts, creating huge opportunities while putting millions of jobs at risk. The priority should be making sure its benefits reach everyone, not just those with wealth and access. Leaders should build stronger social safety nets and global AI policies.
Individual employees, not company pages, are what AI answer engines cite when they quote a named opinion. Named posts made up 32.8% of social citations across an audit of 63 B2B companies, compared with just 6.7% for company pages, and the person quoted had published on LinkedIn 74% of the time. A model needs a name and title to attach to a claim, something a brand page speaking in aggregate can't offer the same way.
Pair LinkedIn Audience Network with highly targeted third-party audiences to expand reach, turn customer wins into ungated case study document ads, and gate high-value offers when ungated content falls flat. Thought leader ads with preview links can drive more inbound, while branded single-image TLAs can combine strong engagement with brand building.
Link the first mention of your brand in a press release to the most relevant page for the announcement, not the homepage. This gives search engines and AI systems a stronger signal about what your brand should be associated with. Keep the homepage link in the boilerplate and make every other link serve a clear purpose.
A guide for demand gen leaders navigating their first 90 days. It covers how to assess the business, launch campaigns quickly, build the right measurement infrastructure, and identify high-value audience signals. It also shows where AI can streamline daily workflows without replacing strategic judgment.
Modern marketing measurement needs four distinct roles: measurement scientist, experimentation lead, finance translator, and decision architect. The scientist builds trustworthy models, the experimentation lead produces causal evidence, and the finance translator reconciles modeled impact with financial results so finance can trust the numbers. The decision architect connects those findings to budget processes by defining decision rights, timing, and override protocols. Combining roles may work temporarily, but understaffing usually leaves the relationship and decision work undone and turns measurement back into a modeling exercise.
Marketers and creators often mistake their own feeds for market research, declaring trends “dead” when they're really just tired of seeing them. Algorithmic feeds create highly personalized views of culture, so repeated exposure can make a format feel saturated even when other audiences are still discovering it. Before writing off a trend, look beyond your own feed and separate personal fatigue from actual audience behavior.
Meta's ad playbook is spreading well beyond Meta, with alumni now running ad product and sales at OpenAI, Amazon, TikTok, and Roku, all chasing the same self-serve formula that took Meta's own ad business past a $1 trillion market cap. Turnover has been fueled by real turmoil inside Meta, including rolling layoffs and morale issues dating back to 2018. The strategy isn't foolproof, since Pinterest brought over a wave of Facebook talent in its early days and it still couldn't replicate Facebook's growth curve.
Boots turned a creator's TikTok idea into a $10K Ariana Grande concert activation within hours, inviting 22 fans to the show. The move generated more than 793K views across related creator content and sparked positive brand sentiment. The activation shows the value of giving social teams freedom to act quickly when relevant opportunities emerge. It also highlights growing audience fatigue with brands taking influencers to high-demand events instead of genuine fans.
If CPC, CPL, or CPM rises, simply drop your bid by 10% rather than rebuilding the campaign with a new audience.

With AI, repetition can cost a significant amount of tokens when working with substantial knowledge content. This study looks at whether documentation can be made less repetitive through compression. It found that typical technical documentation can have its token count cut in half without substantially reducing its usefulness to language models.
