REACT.LAZY, SUSPENSE AND THE HIDDEN 300 MS DELAY

Tab Widgets traced slow startup to React's 300 ms Suspense reveal throttle, even though its widget code had loaded within about 100 ms. Rendering placeholders without suspending brought the first widget content onscreen about 240 ms sooner in its Windows Chrome tests, while shrinking the startup bundle made no measurable difference.
