It re-scores findings from its own scans and existing tools against a living threat model built with each team, then resolves them by relabeling them with evidence, applying infrastructure mitigations, or opening validated fix PRs from thousands of parallel VM sessions. Cognition is also committing hundreds of millions of dollars in free scans and remediation credits, though risk relabeling still requires human approval, and KEV-listed flaws are never downgraded.
