SAUDIS AIDED FAMILY OF ENGINEER ACCUSED OF BUGGING OPENAI, PROSECUTORS SAY

The engineer was in frequent contact with a member of the Saudi royal family, who was trying to recruit him to work in Saudi Arabia, but Alfozan had refused, saying he wanted to collect the company stock he had been promised. The Saudi government has offered to pay his bail, and a member of the Saudi military paid for his wife and infant son to fly out of the US the day after his arrest.
