TINYLITTLEOFFICE, WHERE THE LINK IS THE DOCUMENT

Summary from the TLDR IT newsletter

TinyLittleOffice squeezes documents, spreadsheets, and presentations into the URL itself rather than storing a conventional file on a server. It is a clever lightweight approach to sharing, although links can become unwieldy, images and video cannot be uploaded, and there is no Google Docs-style live collaboration.
