Chatbase is now at 40 people, and it plans to double its number of employees in the next 6 months. Building is now much easier, and the opportunity cost of not building more is huge. Companies that want to build more, grow more, and achieve more still need to hire because humans are still needed in many parts of the building loop. While this might change, it doesn't make sense to act like it isn't true right now.
