ON BEING ANYTHING OTHER THAN A DESIGNER
Summary from the TLDR Design newsletter
A year of trying to be anything other than a designer comes as the AI era proves unkind to human-centered designers, especially outside massive companies. The answer is not another heroic generalist but building enough capability into teams to understand customer need, experiment technically, and stop solving problems twice.
