Slack's AI-drafted UI copy is almost indistinguishable from human work, and content designers are uniquely equipped to close the trust gap that "almost" opens. When Slackbot appeared to leak private information that was actually hallucinated, the team redesigned the UX to fetch correct data and explain why LLMs hallucinate.
