MICROSOFT ANNOUNCES GENERAL AVAILABILITY OF WSLC: LINUX CONTAINERS ON WINDOWS

Each session gets its own storage VHD, stronger isolation, and a new networking model compared with standard WSL. The code is open source in the microsoft/wsl GitHub repository.
