CHINA MOVES FASTER THAN KOREA IN GLASS SUBSTRATE COMMERCIALIZATION

Korea is taking longer to build production lines as companies are trying to validate each process before making investment decisions. China is building the equipment first, making the products, and then having customers evaluate them, so it is faster in terms of commercialization speed. The country has built its own ecosystem spanning display, printed circuit board, and equipment suppliers.
