The AlphaGenome Atlas is an online repository of precomputed predictions made using Google DeepMind's AlphaGenome model. It allows scientists to access the benefits of the model without having to write code or run the model themselves. The atlas includes a single-number impact score to show at a glance if a variant is likely to be meaningful. The atlas could greatly accelerate work in fundamental biology, disease research, and treatment development.
