It's tempting to believe that AI can turn everyone into a tool-builder. However, that line of thought misunderstands how most people think and where software comes from. Turning everyone into a builder isn't how companies should work. The hard part is knowing that you need a tool for a specific task in the first place, and then knowing what that tool should do.
