Summary from the TLDR newsletter

GitHub Actions went into a major outage yesterday. Webhook triggers were throttled, so pushes and pull requests quietly don't start anything at all. Runners were being handed jobs that no longer existed. Both hosted and self-hosted were affected. GitHub's record outages show that the platform is growing faster than it can handle.
