BOT TRAFFIC NOW EXCEEDS TRAFFIC FROM HUMAN USERS

Summary from the TLDR Marketing newsletter

Bot traffic has surpassed human traffic online for the first time. It accounts for about 57% of web page requests on Cloudflare's network. Agent and agentic browser traffic is up nearly 8,000% in 2025. Automated traffic is growing about 8X faster than human traffic. AI agents are now a primary audience layer. Measurement now requires citation rates, AI share of voice, and referral traffic from AI platforms.
