A Salesforce UX team discovered that mastering AI tools is less about learning fixed workflows and more about developing personal ways of working that amplify individual strengths, experiences, and thinking styles. Through six months of peer-led learning sessions, they found that the most valuable knowledge came not from formal training but from colleagues sharing real-world experiments, failures, and workflows, helping others see "a window into someone's thinking" and build their own relationship with AI tools.
