AIRBNB GETS INTO HOTELS, EXPANDS AI FOR HOST ONBOARDING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The company is also deepening its use of AI, using it for host onboarding, wishlist comparisons, review summaries, and customer support, where its chatbot already handles 40% of queries and a voice-based AI assistant is planned for later this year.
