MINIONS: STRIPE'S ONE-SHOT, END-TO-END CODING AGENTS—PART 2

Summary from the TLDR Dev newsletter

Stripe's Minions push 1,300+ PRs a week and they run on the same isolated cloud devboxes engineers already use, getting parallelism and safety for free. The core idea is blueprints: hybrid workflows that mix deterministic nodes (lint, push) with free-running agent loops, so LLMs only touch the unpredictable parts. They also built a centralized MCP server called Toolshed with 500 tools, shared across all agents.
