NOTEBOOKLM'S AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED PODCASTS ARE SURPRISINGLY EFFECTIVE

Summary from the TLDR Marketing newsletter

Google's NotebookLM introduces an Audio Overview feature that creates podcasts from user-provided content, where two AI hosts engage in conversation. These podcasts are 10 minutes long, offering deep dives into the material in a convincing back-and-forth dialogue. Powered by the Gemini 1.5 Pro LLM, NotebookLM allows users to upload multiple sources, ask questions, and generate custom podcasts. The AI can create lifelike discussions by adding elements like pauses and filler words.
