If you are the founder of a company with less than 200 employees and the essay about the founder mode significantly changed your behavior, then you may not be a good founder - or you may have deviated from the right path. It may sound harsh, but most successful founders were already operating in founder mode. The essay simply articulated something that we all knew, even if we couldn't express it. If you needed an essay to prompt you to adopt founder mode, then founder mode probably isn't your default way of operating.
