CAMERA APP HALIDE'S LATEST UPDATE ADDS AN OPTION FOR ‘ZERO-AI' IMAGE PROCESSING

Summary from the TLDR Design newsletter

The new version of Halide introduces "Process Zero," a non-AI image processing feature that uses 12-megapixel RAW DNG files. This feature offers photographers a natural look with sensor grain and slight color aberrations. It provides a 10-25x speed advantage over Apple's ProRAW capture and allows for recreating classic digital camera aesthetics. Another feature, Image Lab, enables users to fine-tune exposure and edit photos taken with Process Zero.
