Rollchains, a new blockchain module that combines Cosmos L1 and rollup technology, is rolling out on Cosmos and Celestia. Stride plans to be the first to adopt this hybrid chain architecture. Rollchains are "modularized" Cosmos L1s that post data to Celestia, strengthening immutability and exposing chain data to Celestia's indexers, while offering a variety of validator choices.
