The reason we struggle to come up with original ideas is not a lack of creativity but a lack of curiosity. Creativity is limited to what we already know, it is only the recombination of available information and experience. We need to shift our focus from creativity to insights and questions - experimentation is a low-hanging fruit and one of the fastest tracks we can use to get us there.
