FATIGUE AND THE DESIGNER

There’s a noticeable trend of disconcerting chatter on Reddit, Twitter, and Medium. A growing number of designers appear to be unhappy. The dynamic pace, the ever-shifting landscapes, the layoffs, and job insecurity are making designers fatigued. To fight against it, designers need to go through a mental shift and (re)start designing for themselves to uplift and inspire themselves.
