Starry-night is a syntax highlighter. It is an open source version of GitHub’s closed-source PrettyLights project. Starry-night supports 580+ grammars and it is of extremely high quality. It uses TextMate grammars, which are also used in popular editors like SublimeText, Atom, and VS Code.
